Our founder, Phil Winters is a passionate environmentalist who has applied his skills in the non-profit, political and private sector – enacting strategies and opportunities to promote a sustainable future.
Phil spent the first decade of his career directing dozens of successful environmental campaigns in the United States and Canada. As Western Director of the Center for Environmental Citizenship, he had extensive involvement with regional and national politics working on State Legislative, U.S. Congressional and Presidential campaigns.

In 2006 Phil was appointed to identify and recruit Canada’s top CEO’s for the launch of the David Suzuki Foundation National Business Advisory Council, a prestigious board of advisors providing strategic advisory functions to the Foundation and currently acts as an Ambassador for the Suzuki at Work program.
