Hank Winters, B.Sc., MBA, CPIM
Hank is the former President and CEO of British Steel USA and has been a senior industrial executive since 1965, serving as COO, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Strategic Planning with several international companies. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics, and is certified in Production & Inventory Control by APICS, ensuring E*Gen is effective and efficient in all we do.
Phil Winters
Prior to launching E*Gen Power in early 2009, Phil was the co-founder and President of NorthGrid Solar. This came on the heels of co-founding EnWise Power Solutions in 2006, Ontario’s first turn-key residential energy efficiency company, where he served as President and Chief Sustainability Officer.
Phil is the former Managing Director of the CleanTech Group at OEB Enterprise, and led the North American sales, marketing and communications for Sustainable Energy Technologies.
Phil is a graduate of both Solar Energy International and the Ontario Solar Academy, and sits on the board of the Solar Energy Society of Canada.

Roy is a professional engineer with 12+ years of verifiable successes in planning and executing complex engineering, procurement & construction projects for clients in the manufacturing, oil refinery and power generation sectors.
